It was so drug infested and the people complained and created confrontations and even cracked my windshield because of the parking space that I parked in next to the stairs because of the son in a wheelchair that I needed to park there, and I did not see any names on any parking spots!!!

The office was listening to false complaints from the neighbors who must be the ones living there. The management show favortism.

The elevator got stuck on the 4th floor and I had to carry my walker up and down the stairs many times.

The location

Premium room @$1900/mo was less than subpar, NO new amenities, no wifi that worked, peeling paint(that was done day of move in), poorly caulked bathroom fixtures (done AS we were moving in, resulting in awful fumes that needed a fan to clear), no towels, molded bed coverings, top two dresser drawers would not close.

The children who was unattended to There parents was never watching them which is very sad to say. To my ch is goin on in these day to not watch your kids.

This hotel deserves a NEGATIVE 0 rating! ABSOLUTELY a shameful disgrace in representational of InTown Suite! The GM and other worker are GHETTO liars! The hotel is nothing more than a place for people who are homeless for whatever reason to stay! The photos for hotel is also FAKE representation of the bootleg hotel! Upon feeling out your paper they ask you to sign a document for NO refunds because they know that anybody in they’re right mind would checkout of that disastrous hell hole being passed off as a hotel!!! Just shut down the DUMP!!!
