Location is very convenient to every where.

Room has bad smells, insulation is not good, outside people smokers can smell into the room. And they do remodeling just above the room that we stay. The construction noises all day long for three days. Even we complained, no response. No recommended this place.

The price.

I had booked online and received a confirmation email. When I arrived, they had lost my reservation and the price had increased almost double. I had booked a double bed, but had to take a really old run down room with a single bed for more money. They charged me for an additional night that I constantly disputed and was consistently told that there are no refunds and that they had reached out to the owners and they would get back to me, but they never did. After 7 nights, they found me a double bed room, but charged me an additional price for the upgrade. Now, the total cost was over $100 more than my reservation had quoted me. Plus, the additional nights stay that I did not need nor ask for, but was never given my money back.

There was no breakfast. The only thing I liked was the 55 inch television

Everything. I killed several German cockroaches in the room. The wall looked like it had fallen in. I have pictures to prove it. Nobody changes bedding. Rooms are filthy from floor to ceiling

The staff was sooo friendly and just all around wonderful, even though they wore masks you could tell they were smiling, super helpful and knowledgeable about any questions I had.
