Cleanliness, size, location, amenities, and staff exceeded my expectations.

Couldn’t stay longer. Cost was too high but I understand because of the Harley 120th anniversary.

Breakfast not complimentary. At the time of booking it was. Bathtub was very slick. My daughter and I both fell.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall the hotel was clean, beds comfortable and staff was friendly.

The window sheers had two long vertical rips in them. Not sure if it is from dry rot or someone damaging. Tacky. They should be replaced.

The first room given to me had a smell and torn drapes along with being next to an exit. I then was provided a new room that was in much better shape than the original room provided to me.

Breakfast was lukewarm and sometimes cold Room was nice except for the slippery shower and slippery floor tiles Staff was not welcoming at all, we had to check out really early due to a very early flight and when I went to drop the hotel keys off and check out and get a receipt, the person at the desk seemed like I was bothering him, didn't even ask me how our stay was. My advice to him is "DO YOUR JOB, BUDDY! Or go somewhere else to work. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years, we will NOT be staying here in the future.

-Breakfast- although it was considered hot food, was lukewarm or cold. We didn't mind paying $10.99 for breakfast, but at least have the food hot. -Shower-is very slippery(need grab bars in every room, along with better grips on floor of shower) and tile needs to be changed to non-slip tile, tile on floor gets slippery when wet. -One of the beds creaked every time I moved, never had a bed in a hotel like that -Hot tub was out of order the whole week we were there, with no explanation why. Very disappointing -When I booked this reservation through Booking.com, when we checked out, the charge was almost $30 more. Hotel couldn't give me an answer, they told me to ask Booking. Also didn't get an invoice for each day we were there, just the total, they also stated "Ask booking". Never had a problem before with this hotel. This time it was a problem.
