The desk clerks were friendly and kind. The area surrounding the hotel had lots of food choices.

The bedspreads had burn holes and multiple stains. The remote didn't work and the replacement given to me by the front desk didn't work at all. The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed/washed. The light switches looked they were sinking into the walls. The door to the bathroom was grimy with fingerprints as was the bathroom light switch. We stayed there two nights, and no one came to make up the beds or bring fresh towels. The air conditioner worked but it was falling apart. There was party in the parking lot which went on for hours until the police came. There were laundry hampers filled with garbage bags under the stairs. The safe was broken. There looked to be a spot for a hairdryer near the sink, but it was gone. The window of the room next door to us had a big crack in it. The cost of the room was far far far too high for the lack of cleanliness/quality. I would never recommend it. I was surprised because I have stayed at other red roof inns in other towns and assumed that the quality was good at all locations, which I certainly now know is not the case.

The staff at reception was friendly.

How disgusting and damaged it was in our 1st and 2nd rooms.

Nothing nasty ass hell

Filty, nasty, smoke, dirty. Sheets had 2 big yellow piss spots, hole in wall, tub dirty. N chair dirty

Tbh nothing it was really run down

Basically I asked for a room on the bottom floor since I had a bad knee and the first room had stains on the bed like someone peed on it and nothing worked in there. Then they moved us to another room and it was a little better but had pluming issues. We need a quick cheap place to stay due to a funeral we had to attend but even this wasn’t cheap and for sure wasn’t worth the price since we wasn’t comfortable at all due to so many issues. I don’t recommend coming here and I wished I had just stayed in my car.

I liked the room and the location

I don’t like that it has been 15 days since I checked out and I still didn’t get my deposit back

Close to a lot of places

Cleanliness is less than par. Comforter and towels were stained, floors are sticky in some parts, hallways definitely dirty

The room was ok had a fridge and a microwave.

Rented for 4 people and only had 2 sets of towels when we got there I called and they gave us more but we had to go after them .

it was dirty, I was over charged for the deposit and on top of that they took some of my deposit saying a towel and a blanket was missing, yes because i spilled something on it and gave it to the staff.
