The staff is always great! The location is perfect for local trips. The area is rather quiet, so you don't have all of the city drama.

The price of breakfast is rather high if you don't have a coupon. How do you get the coupon? Also not a fan of the ground level room with the window facing the pool area... kind of awkward.

I like the convenience of the hotel and how there were many places to eat within distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I understand that it was a weekend and there were A LOT of people and other events happening BUT while riding the elevators there were lots of children unattended riding up and down the elevators banging and screaming like I’ve never heard of before in a hotel and I’ve stayed at MANY! The key cards also kept deactivating themselves and me and my family along with several other guests had to continually go downstairs to the front desk to keep getting them reprogrammed which was very inconvenient.

smell of marihuana in most of the areas. I believe local teens just going there after classes 10-15 people together occupying all of the couches with their school backpacks, sleeping/chilling on the sofas (you can clearly see that they are not staying at the hotel). Not fresh odoor/air in the room, looked like entrance wasn’t swiped for few days. Carpet has to be cleaned on all of the floors or even replaced. Just needs to be refreshed overall & put in place security control for non-clients

no cleaning service… stayed for two days.. garbage overflowing… had to go to front desk snd ask for fresh towels, tissues, etc.

Dirty bathtub, malfunctioning entry door and that ugly old heater was pushing out dirty air!
