Location is great especially if you have skied before. wouldn’t recommend for “first-timers” as slopes are mostly blue/black. You can take a gondola down to the resort below Crystal Peak and catch some gentle slopes from the lift there. The four bedroom was nice. bedrooms/bath were comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked and an absolutely beautiful views of slopes and mountain peaks. The kids room with bunks was a little small.

Typical of all Vail Resort properties. Massive facility with zero staff. Literally no one at the front desk, just a sign directing you to another resort to check in. Staff there was nice, but also limited.

A great location and spacious condos!

The staff acted immediately upon our arrival and found out that our room wasn't clean and upgraded as to a room that was clean and was more than we could ever ask for.

When we first got there our original room was not cleaned before we got there.

It was not clear when we booked that all the recreational facilities were being repaired. We were offered the use of the facilities at an adjacent property, but they were all booked up. Our ski locker did not work, could not be quickly fixed, and there were no spare lockers available.
