Location was nice to be close to the river and be able to go down and sit near it.
The room was very dirty! The sheets and blankets were quite soiled- not just stained but crusty stuff and hair was all over the bed. Told the office and they cleaned it all up and offered us our money back. Next day followed up with office about refund but they acted as if they knew nothing of our issues. Gave excuse that they had to get approval from manager who was out of town and would contact me. Absolutely no contact- a complete disappointment! If your employee promises something it should be honored but the message to me was that my satisfaction did not matter to them any more. If you like a clean bed and good customer service do not choose Oak Creek Terrace- I know I won’t ever again.

quaint older property, can see the attempted upgrades. staff very friendly. Koi pond, beautiful setting.
the shutting off of power at 8:15 in the morning with NO NOTICE. apparently this is a regularly scheduled process, if that’s the case, please advise guests upon check-in. No power = no toilet flushing, no showers, no teeth brushing. ice machine also broken

It is comfortable in the middle of oak Creek and closed to Sedona downtown
The bathroom floor is slippery

beautiful property
The refrigerator didn’t work

The location of the property by the creek was lovely. Grounds were beautiful. I think there seem to be flooding on the lower floors so the room was a bit musty but well appointed and lots of room for 3 people. One needs to drive to town 10 mins away for restaurants. Breakfast would be a nice addition. Our stay was short so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities such as the bbq and patio furniture which would have been great.
Bit musty.

The room was very cute, clean. Comfortable bed.
Internet was out. Tv remote barely worked. Whenever someone else used water it sounded horrible in the room.

We had an issue with the room assigned and the manager moved us to a wonderful room due to a cancellation.

Perfect for a one night stay in Sedona. The functional jacuzzi tub and fireplace were perfect additions. The property was beautiful, clean and within a short driving distance to food, entertainment, hiking, etc. If I find myself in Sedona again, I would absolutely stay here again.
The only thing I had an issue with, was the size of the bathroom. My boyfriend and I are of average size and we barely fit. If you are on the larger side, you may not fit in the shower and you will more than likely have to sit sideways on the toilet due to the angle and proximity of the toilet and sink.

I truly can't find anything that I liked or was something to menition

Location is amazing. Can walk down to Oak Creek.
Our fold out couch didn't have any sheets, pillows, or blankets.
We had to go up stairs that had not been shoveled. They had snow and ice on them.

Bathroom sink was slow draining and we had a mouse.

Love the way the room was set up. Love the Jacuzzi and the screen porch and the barbecue area
had to clean out the Jacuzzi a little. Wasn't really completely cleaned.

Great location. Room looks to be newly remodeled. Nice open layout. Nice bathroom and amenities. We only stayed one night enroute to Grand Canyon so it's a good layover for a good night's rest.
WiFi did not work. Also parking spaces are rather tight. We almost couldn't fit our van in the assigned space.

Over looks creek nice facilities. Loved outside area.
Could use a folding card table to eat on. Could use sleeper sofa to make use of space. Cold in living area without fireplace. Had to use alot of logs to keep warm.

Gorgeous location and we were right by the creek. Great point for seeing Sedona and plenty of parking.
The shower was insanely small and shower head was not adjustable. There were hairs in the shower and on the bed that weren't mine. We entered our room late so couldn't have it fixed by hotel staff. Also heater didn't heat that hot and curtains didn't fully cover back floor to ceiling windows. WiFi was also terrible unless right near the office. For the price paid, unacceptable.

The pillows were great, and the place was clean. Having a ready to burn log in the fireplace was much appreciated.
Having the mattress directly on plywood instead of a box spring was terrible. The bed was not comfortable at all, and it moved and made noise with just normal movement. And then there’s the unlevel floors, which made the bed unleveled as well. Rough night for a very brief stay.
The toilet was so cramped in the corner you literally have to sit on it sidesaddle!
The ice machine was not working.

I loved the location, views, and perks like the koi pond and the jacuzzi tub/fire place
First off I want to say that of all the places we stayed on our vacay, I was the most excited about this one! However, we started off on the wrong foot. At first we just thought the sink wasn’t clean and they didn’t give us soap. Then we realized they didn’t clean the whole bathroom…period. No problem…we let them know…they fixed it! Second, shower - clogged/flooded. No problem..they fixed it! Staff were super nice and amazing to
Respond! So instead of walking out like we wanted to we stayed!
The bed was super uncomfortable, my bf had a spring sticking in his back. WiFi…super
Slow. Which I didn’t think would be a big deal, however we just stayed in a tiny house in Hatch, Utah that was in the middle of nowhere, and the WiFi was great!
Lastly…I hate to sound like a spoiled American. However, there is absolutely no room or storage in this room. We even left the big bags in the car but had NO WHERE to put anything!! I honestly didn’t think this would be a problem, but after a week on the road it becomes important. It could be our specific room #10 (which I was in love with b/c of the koi pond). However,
I wanted to love this place so much, but I will not stay here again or recommend it sadly.
