Close to waterfront and visitor center to Olympic National park. Room was clean and comfortable but dated. Very expensive for this level motel I think because of the crab festival in town for the weekend we happened to come.

As mentioned expensive for this level of motel and parking lot was too full for us to park after returning from dinner. No maid service unless you asked for it but we weren’t informed of this up front.

I booked at short notice to cycle Hurricane ridge (the major local Park and main attraction in the area). Within hours of booking I discovered Hurricane Ridge had just been closed due to a forest fire. I immediately called the hotel to ask if they could cancel and refund in these exceptional circumstances. They said they would call me back. they did not. I eventually connected with them again and again requested a cancelation/refund. They again failed to call me back, and finally refused to help in any way, not even some credit for a future stay. Yes they were within their rights, but good grief, what exceptionally poor customer service in an abnormal situation. They clearly have no interest in their customers or in repeat business. Don't stay here if you might need any sort of help from the management

Everything except the e/auto checking and check-out process. Repetive redundant overly detailed emails and tests related to check-in and check-out.

Everything looked great inside

From the outside I was wary

The staff was very responsive to my request for after-hours check-in. Had no problems at all.

Maybe a coffee pot in the office in the morning?

Convenient location.

Our room was right next to a road with heavy traffic. There were only a few quiet hours.

Convenient location. Quiet, we stayed in a unit away from the street noise. Hospitable office staff and housekeeping.

Although the room was clean, it needed minor repairs.

The furniture was very old and tired. There was dust on multiple surfaces, the carpets weren’t clean, noises made in other rooms were very loud in our room - we could go on…

The bed was incredibly comfortable and location of motel is good.

Room was very small. Only place to sit was on the bed. Bathroom light/fan was extremely loud.

It was easy to get around Port Angeles from there. Close enough to the ferry. The room was very clean and the bed adequate. The fridge actually had a freezer! The shower was fine, as were the towels.

There was no comfortable place to sit. No table.

I did not have a good sleep there. No soundproofing at all. You can easily hear every word from your neighbor and every car on the street ( and this hotel is located on busiest street in town ). Fridge leaked water to the floor and produced clicking sound whole night. It was stuffy in the room and I had to run A/C. Though A/C is noisy and intervene with my sleep.

It was a decent stay for a reasonable price. The location was great, right in Port Angeles with restaurants nearby.

Close Proximity to the ferry terminal.

This property is well suited for an overnight stay before crossing into Canada. I wouldn't consider a great place for a relaxing vacation.

Nothing special about this Motel, it is what it is a Motel for a quick one night stop over. It was clean, we got in late and left early.

Our room was at then end right on the main street. The room was odd with two queen beds and one in a different room without a window. The carpet was coming up around the edges of the room.

Room was definitely clean, Staff was amazing. Dency was super easy to work with.

Motel was right next to a busy road That's my only complaint.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had no trouble parking. Motel located close to the main thoroughfare and easy to walk to many places. Hosts were pleasant.

Room was located near the stairs and it was noisy when people went by.

I liked finding a room that was a low price but very nice room. The exterior might say cheap but the inside was definitely updated. The mattress was quite firm but still comfortable.

The water in the bathroom had been turned off for some reason but they fixed that immediately when we asked why the water wasn't working.
