parking, pool & gym close too early

We have stayed here before and it’s close to everything we needed to get too. due to weather we were stranded and needed to stay the night. while running errands we were Abbie to drop our luggage off prior to check in which was amazing

the elevator stinks of people smoking in it.

breakfast was great front desk staff vwas also great

OMG! WHAT happened to Best Western! First I want to say that I very seldom complain! But in this case we were so disappointed! I didn't realize the hotel was right next to a hospital! Sirens and traffic were very disturbing. The room upstairs must not have carpet and the walking and moving about all night long was very upsetting! Trash truck in the early morning was very noisy! Breakfast was very light in what they offered! We paid half the price for a room the night before that was 10 times better! We will think twice before we stay at another Best Western...especially for the price we paid! Thank you but No thank you!

location was near shopping plaza, restaurant and more. I love the hardwood floors inside of the rooms. Also breakfast was included.

Everything were Fantastic and I really enjoyed my stay.

It was very quiet at night but early in the morning it was different

price, hot tub , members of the staff look happy doing their work.

3rd floor corridor had smoke smell despite that rooms were non-smoking. Some guests probably smoked in their rooms .

The hotel was clean and the room was extremely spacious for my needs. I was working online and the wifi was great with no issues. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

The vending machine with drinks was out of order and the ice machine didn’t work.

It was very plain. the breakfast was barley a breakfast. a lot of things didn’t work.
