Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, a lot more than I have had at other motels. The rooms were comfy and clean for the most part, the only thing that was not clean was under the dressers was dirt and bottle caps and the carpet is stained and a little dirty. I have seen worse.

Cleanliness under furniture. Pool wasn’t open for 3 of the 4 days we were there and the jacuzzi was also closed.

The people above us was jumping and running all hours of the night, just for one night tho…the rest of the stay was quiet.

The staff was helpful and my kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was fine.

Unfortunately there were what looked like small blood stains on our carpet in our room and the blackout curtains didn't close all the way. Had to ask for extra blankets for the sofa bed. These probably should have already been in the room. The temperature in the hallways was way too warm as if the air was off.

We left because the room smelled bad and the beds looked slept in. It was dirty.

Sadly, this was the poorest excuse for hotel accommodations that I have encountered in my many travels.

This was the dirtiest property I have ever stayed at. If not for the fact that there were no other rooms available in the area and we were too tired to drive on elsewhere. The carpet throughout the property was filthy with many years of grunge. Stains in the room which looked like blood on the carpet. There was debris where it was obvious that it had not been vacuumed. We had to be moved to another room due to a BEDBUG infestation in the room with one actually crawling on my arm. While it is obviously an old and outdated property, there is no excuse for filth. If this is an example if a Radisson property, they should be ashamed to put their brand/name on it.

Breakfast was great, availability of coffee/hot chocolate/hot tea and cookies throughout the day was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The availability of a room with three beds was the reason I chose this hotel.

The hot tub was out of service, the ice machines on first and third floors were out of service, the furnishings were not in great condition - our sofa cushion was missing a hand-sized piece of vinyl, a knob on a dresser drawer came off in my hand, there was a dark brown stain about 6 inches in diameter near the top of the bathroom door that appeared to be a repair of a hole in the door but was not painted to match the white door, the room darkening curtains did not close because the track was damaged, etc. These issues made our room feel “shabby” and our first impression of our room was very disappointing. Fortunately, the positives of the hotel outweighed the cosmetic deficiencies.

Good value, nice, comfortable, clean room. The lady at the counter 10/27. @ 11:00 pm (didn’t remember her name) was great!!!

property is in a great location right off the i-75

beds where very hard and water cups that were in plastic had dead fruit flies in them. when you arrive at the hotel they have a big sign right in the front saying no parties allowed it should have given us a warning. we were woken up at 3am by loud slamming doors and then at 5:30 by two people screaming at each other in the hallway
