We loved the staff! Kristi was very friendly and helpful to make our stay comfortable. We will come back.

Convenient to the airport.

The air conditioning in our window (room 108) was right next to the employee smoking area. The air coming through the a/c unit smelled like moldy, stale smoke the whole night. This stale smoke smell left me with the feeling everything was a bit “grubby”. There was something terribly wrong with the toilet plumbing. Every time it would flush, it made a horrible squeal and rattled the walls. Also the toilet seat was screwed on a bit off-center so it required a bit of awkwardness to use. Not something I’d expect in an “accessible” room. The head of the bed was against a wall shared with a mechanical room. Not sure what was in there but it made intermittent noises all night and was very annoying and interfered with our sleep. In the morning I wanted to tell the desk person about the toilet, but there was no one around when we were ready to leave. We left at 5am but there was still no sign of breakfast availability so we weren’t able to see how that was. Overall, we won’t choose this hotel again. It just wasn’t a place to get any restorative sleep and that was the whole point.

It's next to the airport and also a shuttle.. hot breakfast, laundry, hot jacuzzi and cold poll that are clean. Staff are ALWAYS wonderful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only upgrade I would make would be breakfast in bed LOL

Maybe just the room we were in this time but the ac had a musty humid smell.. not a game changer but it was noticeable.

People were nice. Breakfast was good. The coffee was excellent.

Air conditioner made noise! Lots of noise. I tried to tell someone after the first night but the desk wasn't manned. Carpet looked old and dirty. There was a build up of dust on surfaces in the room. I cleaned them. And there was black fingerprints on the wall by the window.

I like its location near the airport for when I fly out early in the morning. I was too early to eat breakfast.

The hotel is dirty and run down. The bathroom was disgusting and the walls were dirty, the carpets throughout are dirty, there is years of dirt and grime in the elevator. It was noisy and the desk clerk was most unhelpful when we needed a luggage cart.

Carpets could use deep clean/replacement. Staff generally pleasant at checkin no staff present at check out.

The hotel was close to the airport, which was important, since we were coming to the city on a late flight. We liked its convenience, and the fact that we could go directly to our room without waiting. We needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep, and our needs were met.

It would be great to have both dairy free and gluten free options for breakfast. My husband is allergic to dairy, and was disappointed that there was no non-dairy milk alternative.

The young woman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. We couldn't get our room door open--she was nice about it and came upstairs with us and figured out what I was doing wrong.

Parts were pretty dated, especially the bathroom. The sink drained really slow. The charger didn't work.

There were a few issues with the room. The beds were not very comfortable. The lights on the bedside table didn't work. The toilet clogged very easily.

Breakfast on the weekend is served from 5:30 am to 11:30 am! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cleaning was about a C. I'm assuming due to being understaffed. The pool and hot tub were very dirty. The room was okay though. Some places were dusty.

It was not clean, porno drawn on a lampshade, pill in a corner. We were switched to a different room and a previous person had put a plastic bag over the smoke alarm. The staff was truly great, very apologetic and accommodating, but the facility was not well kept.

Saw efforts of recycling. Large selection of breakfast foods.
