The night staff was excellent!! She was extremely exemplary!!

The bathroom was dirty - not cleaned from prior guests (used bar of soap and hair left in shower) - and no additional roll of toilet paper. I had to call the front desk to request.

The breakfast was very nice, the staff was friendly and overall it was a nice stay.

The air conditioner made a strange rattling noise that bothered my wife. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Breakfast bar left a lot to be desired. It opened at 6 and we were there at 6:30. Eggs were cold. No fruit was offered. Biscuits were great!

the property was fine

i was in a room with an adjoining door to another room. at 2AM the person/persons in the adjoining room were screaming extremely loudly and beating on the adjoining door trying to get into my room. i called the front desk and apparently nothing was done because it continued for a solid hour. it woke my kids up and they were terrified. We felt very unsafe

staff was not helpful at all. I had to pay twice because they couldn’t find my payment on their system even with me showing them my personal account that it has been paid. Guess what ? Ladie in the front desk just turn her back and went talk with someone else… I had to pay again and she made me wait there for an hour. I Paid the price for not using Holiday inn… not recommend this hotel, specially if you are traveling for work, it’s just going to stress you out.

Left at 9:00 and there was no sign of breakfast having been there. Wierd smell in the hallway.

Great place! Nice, clean place and friendly staff. Even the breakfast was good. Aside from the few usual continental things, we also had biscuits, sausage, and eggs, and no you don't have to pay extra for breakfast. Booking.com needs to fix that info on the listing.

My only complaint was the bathroom door in our room squeaked loudly so it woke me up anytime my family went to the bathroom during the night. Not really a big deal though.
