Location was about the only thing decent. I needed to be nearby work.

The night lady Kelly at the front desk, has lack of interest for your safety. My husband has a medical issue and I couldn’t reach him. I asked her and the man on staff to help me check on him and I could hear her screaming and swearing in the background like it was a huge inconvenience to her. He was also my ride home from work. I work in the medical field and these staff members couldn’t care less about us or the situation. They were not going to check in on him and leave me stranded in the dark in the middle of the night. Instead the belittled me and I had up nearly beg for them to look in on my husband. Both should be terminated.

Great customer service with front desk employees

Carpets were soiled. I laid the bath towels on the carpet so as not to touch my bare feet to the soiled carpet.

The front desk person was very friendly. The bed was comfortable enough.

The bathroom ceiling was falling in over the shower area. There was just a sink with no counter around it for setting toiletries. The blanket looked like a second-hand store reject.

all went well. The staff was great. The facilities were up to date.

Could have been cleaner. The bathroom needs some updating.

Location

We had dog food on our carpet from someone else. The noise at night was difficult to sleep. The hairdryer was broken. Our door had problems closing. The main office was dirty at the desk and the handles and glass in the office were filthy. Why did we stay? Too late to change plans and other places were booked. I’ve never written a bad review. When I mentioned to the people at the desk in the morning they put their heads down.
