The pool and the hot tub were awesome!

The location is very good, the room was large and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was definitely the highlight!

It’s a great building but is getting pretty run down. The hall carpets were dirty. Our room was mostly clean but there was hair on the bathroom floor. The toilet seat was all scratched up and needs to be replaced. The lotion bottle was sticky, and two of the 3 ice machines we checked didn’t have ice.

room was dark and noisy as it backed to freeway. when I asked to change rooms I was told I couldn’t because I booked through booking.com even though they had rooms available

The staff was exceptional, they made sure I had everything I needed, and said let us know if you need anything else we will surely get it for you. I had an awesome stay!

I’ve been in suites that had cooking areas. This had none.

I am disappointed that in all motels since covid there is no daily housekeeping.

We were given a room on the ground floor so heard the very loud footsteps from above us. In addition to that our room was on the highway side of the hotel. Was not a quiet setting.
