Decent beds and size rooms

Had to switch room on the first night because my sink wouldn't drain and my room was dirty. Other room was cleaner and had no problems.

Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was too early and mediocre at best. A couple staff members were unprofessional. Room felt crowded and the walls were paper thin. Over priced on EVERYTHING

My room was paid in full on Sept 23 thru Pay Pal and on day of check they charged my card for room again without my permission. I was told they charging card 50.00 deposit on room. But instead took 197.15 again for room already paid for. Not good way to run a Business. Try to contact them to get my money refunded and some type of compensation for the unauthorized charges.

It was clean.

The tub almost overflowed with shower running. No AC in common areas. Had to request room be cleaned 2nd day and retrieve new towels. Got double charged for adding extra day.

Loved the large, clean room. So comfy and cool. Bedding and towels were great. Soft and comfy. Loved the breakfast. Such a time saver so that we could visit earlier in the day and just kept visiting different relatives and friends with different schedules. Loved the snack room so that at the end of the day we could enjoy a late snack in our comfy room without having to go out again.

We stayed 4 nights. Wish they could have changed the sheets Sunday instead of Monday. We checked in on Friday and checked out Tuesday morning.

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff was friendly.

The equipment was broken to make the waffles. No one was wearing a mask around the food.

The room is very clean and new.

Need some Napkins and paper cups in the room.

Upon arrival all was great, but a few hours latter, the receptionist inform us that she made a mistake assigning the room to my family and wanted us to move to another room. I said no to that and after consulting with her manager they allowed us to stay in that room. All was good after that.
