The breakfast was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful if you could find them. The bed was comfortable. The ice was frozen. There were enough pillows. The air conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking.

Our tiny room was crammed with too much furniture for its size. The room was dark. There were far too few electrical plug-ins. We stayed for 4 days and not only did no-one clean the room, there was nowhere/no-one to pick up the trash from our room. The mirror in the bathroom is so far set back away from the sink that you can't get close enough to shave, apply makeup, etc. The facility ran out of towels. We had to use pool towels which were small and scratchy. The water pressure in the shower was bad due to a clogged shower head. The aerator in the bathroom sink was shot so water sprayed everywhere but where you needed it. I would have like to have a channel line-up for the television. I'm not sure who provides TV service, but it was awful and finding a specific channel was difficult. This facility was vastly overpriced and not at all a good value. We would have changed hotels but our payment was non-refundable. Now I know why.

Nice variety of foods offered. Hot foods were good and hot. Cold foods were cold as they should be.

Truck traffic going past at night was loud at times. No other problems.

I wanted my refund back when I asked since my room was leaking water into the door way the whole night and the last said she'd talk to her manager at 7am but she never did

The property was fine I was just a little disappointed that after I booked we arrived and were told we weren’t allowed to stay there because we were from the same town. I had already spoken to a woman and confirmed I was not just having a pool party and told the gentleman at the desk this information so he “let it slide basically

The breakfast was the best part of the stay. They had hot, buffet style items, a waffle maker, cereals, breads and more. Juice, coffee, milk, and hot cocoa were also available.

I was EXTREMELY surprised that we didn't have service in our room once while we were there. The beds were never made. The garbage wasn't taken out. The towels were only refreshed once because I had to call and ask. The housekeepers were no where to be found. I would have given a much better review if they cared to provide us with any sort of service.
