Needed a place to lay our heads down for the night. The entire process was simple and easy. The price was a little steep but once we arrived & seen the room it was worth it. The staff were pleasant & helpful, explained everything to make our stay & check out a memorable one. We will be returning.

The price was a little steep. Ads are always saying you can get cheaper hotel stays, but I really didn't see where I saved any money.

Bed was comfortable. And kitchen was a bonus

Night reception wasn't welcoming. But day staff was helpful. If you need towels you have to bring the use towels to reception and they give you clean ones. No room service. I put my own garbage out. Breakfast was only muffins and granola bars to go. And hotel smells very moldy.

the smell. the hardwood floors, the lamp didn’t work, the tv didn’t have much, I had a blanket instead of a comforter, bathroom door didn’t stay locked, I could hear other people in their rooms, breakfast were just small muffins and coffee, soap was coarse, there was hair in my shower before I used it

The hallway lighting is very dull/ dim. Making the feeling very motel like instead of hotel atmosphere. There were roaches in the room, no remote, dirty/ stained seating that needs to be cleaned ( lord knows what that stain was from ughhh)

Room was very clean. Plenty of hot water. The nights and even the daytime were very quiet. Highly recommended.

Tub stopper was missing. Toilet paper holder was broken. Kitchen utensils and appliances were not in the room but were at the front desk.

People

Friendly customer service.

The front desk attendant was nice but she needs to speak up when seeing people without masks. She doesn’t wear a mask but there’s a plastic shield across the counter although it is still possible for the virus to spread through the opening of the counter shield

During my booking I was assured that it’s mandatory for everyone in common areas to wear mask or asked to leave. A man got on the elevator w/me without a mask, another got on without a mask while I got off. This was seen by the front desk attendant but nothing was said. My room was also not as clean as it should’ve been, there was hair in my bed & shower, dirt/dust build up on the towel rack, bathroom door is dirty & the ice trays were filthy with something brown & crusty. I’m glad I booked only 1 night to check it out vs the 2-3 nights I needed. I ended up having to stay somewhere else.

Nothing.

The entire building reeked of smoke. From the hallways to the elevators and also the rooms. My room was horrible. Run down, sticky floors dirty countertops and sinks. The bathroom was downright disgusting. The entire facility needs a complete overhaul and better housekeeping.

I liked the size of the room and that it had a stove and a refrigerator

Door hanging odd, humid room, slippery thick wax on floors, weird smell, damp sheets and bedding, overall strange.
