Bugs in the room

it’s run down, seems like people live there. the hallways smell like a cafeteria.

everything was dirty, I wanted to cancel and get a refund after I saw the room but they still charged me. We didn’t sleep there.

the ASM was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me I didn’t remember her name but she had brownish hair and had moved here from California

The "breakfast" was a total joke. Packaged muffins, extra-small granola bars, and weak coffee. The air-conditioning was set to 62, and running, when we checked in, and the carpet was damp. The shower didn't work. While it's an extended stay, with kitchenette, there was nothing in the kitchen. When I asked, I had to go get it myself at the front desk. The highway noise was constant. the young man who checked us in the first night was polite and helpful. Not true of the other staff.

They asked to put a hold on our credit card for potential damages. Two days later they processed the hold as a purchase. Two days after we checked out, we still have not received the credit back on our card. In other words, they've given themselves a loan. Imagine how much money they "use" when they "borrow" $200 for every room for every hotel in the country.

Decent sized room with kitchenette. Accepts pets. Smells great as soon as you walk in the front door.

Hallway not really vacuumed. I think I heard them vacuuming once, but in general, the carpet looks dirty.

Didn't eat... Location good.

Rates couldve been,more comparable... Just didn't want to extra 10 min for cheaper rate
