Facility was gated.

They advertise breakfast. But it is not.

Having a little kitchen was great.

Staff was barely present. Swing shift staff would disappear for long periods of time.

Breakfast fine, pot smoking when not allowed for nonsmoking rooms. Garbage in the parking lot. Staff attentive and prompt.

Garbage cleaned, better appliances and rules enforced.

Need to COMPLETELY remove breakfast included from description. Day 1 not even snacks provided, waited 20 minutes for just coffee and had to ask for cups. Day 2 there were oatmeal packs and granola bars. Barely even considered 'continental' breakfast. Only booked here because "breakfast ' was supposed to be included

I was not allowed to check in!!!! That means that I was homeless, 6 hours from my home!!!! The hotel made the mistake, but I was the one who paid for their mistake. Everyone said that they're sorry, but I'm the one who is really sorry for using Booking.com. PS It won't ever happen again!!!!! At least with this stupid company.

Location is great -close to everything in Tacoma proper.

Was a bit noisy, with people coming and going outside late at night/early morning with u-hauls and moving trucks. I wouldn’t stay on the ground floor again to avoid street noise.
