The property was an easy walk down to small sands beach, and a bit of a hike, back up a gentle hills to the Inn.

Not a bad walk, but someone with mobility issues might have some difficulty getting to the beach and back.

Short walk to the beach and center. Easy check in. Room was clean. Nice to have a kitchenette.

No deadbolt on door. Thin walls. Older style TV only gets a few channels, bad reception. Needs upgrading, desperately.

Simple room for a one-night stay.

There was no breakfast provided. Everything was clean, but the property is older and a bit run down. There was a lot of refuse like old refrigerators piled outside our room. They need to be removed. We think the heat was turned off and there was very limited hot water in the shower.

Was rin walking distance to everything. The women that ran the place was very nice and accommodating. The room size was really big as well . We enjoyed our stay there for the weekend definitely will go again 😊

Location is perfect! It’s only a short walk to either Long or Short Sands. Although the property is very dated it is very well maintained.

The location to both beaches. Being able to walk to long sands beach. Surprisingly very quiet at night and beds were comfortable. Room had a small refrigerator.

The room was very dark, could have used another couple lamps. The sink/ counter area was small and the mirror could have been larger. Room could have used a full length mirror as well. The tv didn’t get many channels and the WIFI didn’t work

Very very clean and Very convenient to York village and beaches.

Needs updating. As a female travelling alone it would be nice if there was a deadbolt or slide lock on the door it had just a traditional knob lock that could easily be tampered with or manipulated.

The beds were comfortable but it was two double instead of a queen that we would have preferred. No bugs in room.

Air conditioner was filthy dirty and filter was clogged and we had to take it out clean it in the shower! Then front grates on air conditioner had to be cleaned too. Supremely old and load when running it! Put on light switch for overhead light in room and it wouldn’t turn on. Only had lamp between the beds to use in that room! Pool was chilly and surfaces of pool need repair. No one came to open it at 10 when it said it was open 10-8. Had to go ask a maintenance person. No one had cleaned the pool from all the bugs floating in it before the opening time. The room had no towel racks so had to lay washcloths on sink and hand towels laid on counter! This is a easy fix but obviously the place can bother to have towel racks!
