The bed was comfortable. That’s about it.

The room was falling apart. The blankets on both beds had cigarette burns. The lights did not work, towel rack was duct tape on and falling off. The shower was not clean and had lumps of dirt on the bottom. The carpet was pulling up in the corners and the walls were stained. It’s was not a good experience.

The service with 2 men at the front desk very helpful kind understanding I had been renting for days and the last days I didn’t have money for deposit and they worked with me due to my history.

Conveniently located off Hwy 50. Large rooms, quiet.

Nothing likable

Had to wait for an employee to enter the office over an hour past check-in time. The room wasn't clean, only 2 of the five lamps worked. The refrigerator was broken, there was a hole in the bed's comforter and the air-conditionor wasn't functioning properly. There were homeless people walking around the property and yelling all night long. The breakfast was only coffee, no juice, just kid's capri sun drinks and a cheap wrapped muffin. They we out of sugar for the coffee. And I'm still waiting on the $150 deposit to be refunded to my account. And I strongly suspect that someone had entered my room and stolen my Bluetooth headphones when I went out to dinner, but I have no proof.

The only thing I liked about the facility was the quality of how the people that worked there treated me.

When we arrived the whole facility outside smell like marijuana when I got into my room it was dirty it had no microwave. The carpet was dirty it was so awful I had complained. .I felt so uncomfortable that I complained to the office.

No microwave and smell of smoke in the shower

Breakfast is a joke. The only item was a cheap packaged muffin. They looked like they had been there for years. Very unappetizing. Oh, and basic coffee with a very small stryofoam cup. Checked in after it was dark and light switch didn't work. Every light in the room had been unplugged. So had to get out the iphone flashlight and crawl under the nightstand to plug the light back in before we could even get into the room.
