It was cheap

Tv was small. Everything smelled weird. We got one towel for five nights and two people and never got our room cleaned. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. Would’ve went somewhere else but already paid and it’s non refundable. Do not stay unless you need to because it’s cheap

DO NOT LIKE AT ALL.....We ended up not staying there and located another hotel because the place was nasty with roaches crawling on the floor, bed comfortable and sheets were extremely dirty with burn holes and hair all over. Room all around did not look as if had been cleaned or wiped down at all. Claims no smoking, vaping, or Marijuana but all of the above could be smelled very strongly. We booked 2 rooms in which were not refunded so lost the money. Overall very stressful considering we were there in town to place my step mom to rest and then to deal with this, the money side rudeness of hotel staff in regards to refund. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND ITS SAD THAT BOOKING.COM WOULD EVEN WANT TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH IT.

these are gross apartments. these are not hotel rooms

Staff were very accommodating in attempting to resolve problems.

Room was not ready. Locks were inoperable. Roach spotted in bathroom. Housekeeping was not up to par. Kitchen and appliances dirty and stained.

It was close to where I needed to be.

The grounds next door brought the curb appeal way down. On my reservation I requested early check in because I had to drive 5 hours to get to the motel. I needed to prepare for the meeting I had at 2:30. That did not happen and I had to go the McDonald's, washup in the sink and change clothes. Needless to say the meeting was over very quickly. Having to wait for staff 20 minutes when you could hear them talking in the next room and the narrow window they are open in the lobby.
