Good mattress that’s it

The property was dirty, the plumbing was poor, poor customer service, dirty restaurant and some of the exits were locked at night.

Pool and hot tub area was nice

Booked king room was forced into double queen because we had a service dog and the COVID excuse to save money on breakfast offerings is getting old i am over it Time to get back to customer service and stop blaming your laziness on COVID.

The only thing we liked at this property was Curly’s Bar and Grill

When we arrived WE greeted the UNFRIENDLY registration desk employee. When we got to our room, it was disturbing. The $182 (taxes and fees included) room we saw online was not the room we walked into. The room itself was dirty. Stains on bedding, carpet, towels. The counter in the bathroom was the only clean area (tub/shower was filthy, the toilet had excrement on it and the floor was dirty).

Our room was disgusting.The floors were nasty, behind the furniture was not clean and didn’t look like it was cleaned for months, it stunk like a funeral home when we walked in. We paid almost $300 for two nights. We could have went down the road and got a better room for a better price I’m sure.

Staff was very kind. The wait staff was very friendly at breakfast.

The carpet was very stained in our room. Resort definitely needs updating.

We left out phone charger in the room and I calé and saïd I would pay for it to be sent back... No return call...heard nothing. Rooms nedeef a major overhaul. Dinghy and dark looking and no where worth the money spent.

The breakfast was nicely done. Staff was very friendly. The location of the resort is also very nice, golf resort so of course it's quite spacious.

This resort used to be a 5*, but not for a long time now.....when we booked, we had no idea how run-down it has become. Literally EVERYTHING needs to be updated (floors, walls, bathroom was horrible, bedding was poor condition). Our bathtub had a dirt ring around it, I don't know when it was last cleaned. The bathroom faucet constantly leaked and dripped. The toilet seat had no cover, with the towel rack mounted above it so guess what fell into the toilet more than once? Everything looks banged up. We have stayed here since I was a kid, no more. Done.

breakfast was ok,should be hotter, location was good, golf course was nice, curlys was nice. staff allways had a smile, and welcoming . pool ,hot tub was nice and clean, quiet night sleep for three nights.

no complaints. we liked our stay and plan to visit again. like to golf.

Outdated Facilities

The pool area was very nice and the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant was great!

We found a face mask on the floor in the morning that had come out of the bed. There was also a stain on the top blanket, which was disgusting. The walls seemed to be pretty thin as we could hear the couple in the next room arguing all night and their newborn crying throughout the night. I had complained to the manager about the mask and stain. She handled the situation well, which I appreciated.

The staff was very friendly. The room was small but comfortable.

The COVID-era plated breakfast offered no choices: just mediocre home fries, eggs, and sausage. We didn't go to golf, so maybe the golf facilities are great, but there were also hiking trails advertised on the website, and there was one short trail that crossed the golf course in a couple of places. (Yikes!)

Clerk didn’t know which room had 2 beds. Wasn’t informed bar/restaurant was closed, or that breakfast was cold sack. Called for directions & clerk didn’t know which exit to get off 131.

A little more breakfast food.

Kids said they liked EVERYTHING and want to make coming here a yearly event. We all loved the jacuzzi tub in our room. My husband liked the size of the room- our large family for quite perfectly. It’s nice to have restaurants and grocery close by. The hot tub and swimming pool were well liked. The lounge room with the tv is really nice. Perfect location between attractions. Golf on site is a nice idea too.

Our neighbors smoked marijuana- smelled the hall up. A breathalyzer at the lounge room would be nice- lol- as kids decided to leave when intoxicated men came in while they were watching a movie.

The location is excellent

The property is sprawling and poorly laid out. No elevator for second floor rooms. Check out is 11am and housekeeping was knocking on my door before 9am
