The property and everything was acceptable my check in with a horror I was there at 11:30 PM I didn’t get to check in until after 7 AM

there were ants EVERYWHERE!!! the property has a serious infestation of them. I’m only going to upload pictures of the bathroom as that was the place they seem to be coming from. we had to spray ant killer all over the room and the car! being pregnant the smell made me extremely nauseous and sick, and they were still showing up! and housekeeping literally comes every two weeks as I was told by staff so we didn’t get any cleaning services. if you want anything you will have to go to the front and sign up for it every day.

That I was given a key and when I went to the room, there was someone else in there. After traveling 4 hours I had no where to stay. I will never book at this hotel again

The bed was very hard making it uncomfortable to sleep on Our dresser drawers kept opening on their own because I believe they were broken.

There was a roach in the cabinet and there was like a stain on one of the chairs that if you just wiped it off it would’ve been cleaned and there’s no dusting done at all

Our first night in we got in around midnight after traveling 11 hours from Rochester NY the room they gave us was clearly not cleaned after the last guest left dirty dishes everywhere bed not made beer cans scattered. Put us in a room because I told them I couldn't make my kids wait any longer to go to bed and told us they would call us in the morning when our room was ready never got a call we went down and got our room and something was wrong with the door. You had to slam it hard to close and lock and the deadbolt was super hard to lock. Our kitchen stuff was brought up and the can opener was rusty so we didn't use it. We ended up in 3 rooms in 2 days our experience was less than satisfactory. We definitely would not choose to stay here again.

Good value. Only stayed one night . Short ride to a couple bars in the area. Front desk receptionists were nice.

the staff was nice

the night I checked in, I woke up with a beg bug on my skin. they switched room. this room is filed with dirty towels that are folded up, once you open them you can see the dirt in them. I was not able to use it at all. I called the front desk and no one answered. I had to go a buy my own towel and wash clothes to us. there was a dead bug on the floor in the bathroom.
