The location was good and it was clean and comfortable.

The check in experience wasn't good at all. I was assigned room 215 1st and when I tried to get in room the keys wouldn't work so I literally walked down the stairs to lobby about 7x to get the keys re scanned. In the process someone opened door to room. So I couldn't access it because it was already occupied. So yet again I go downstairs and tell the lady in office. She assigns me to 2 different rooms and they both were occupied as well. At this point I'm very frustrated because it's been an hour trying to get into a room. Finally after getting into the room, there were no TV in the room, it was a strip on the wall that had came off and after showering I tripped coming out bathroom smh. The water in the shower and the sink was backwards so it seemed like we had no hot water until i realized halfway through the shower. To top things off the people came knocking on the door 3x BEFORE check out and being that I didn't get into room until after 2 AM I asked for late checkout. So my slept kept being interrupted. I asked for a discount and the lady put my name down on a list and told me to call the manager on Monday. So that's what I'm gonna have to do.

The room was clean.

The stairwell and balcony outside the room was dirty. The grounds were full of cigarette buts and some trash. The facility was on a busy main highway which was OK but the side of the building I was in was next to the highway and very noisy. At times I had to use ear plugs to seep.

We paid online, and when we got there, they didn't have rooms cleaned or anyone to clean them. We had to go elsewhere. The outside was dirty when we pulled up, and the area was not fit for families with children.

My card got charged for the room but the GM resolved it my refund is on the way . Also the hot water isn't hot enough 😉

We got there very late or early in the morning and the receptionist was still was very pleasant and kind.

I'm fairly certain I paid for and requested a non smoking room. The room smell was awful room 106 and even worse in the bathroom. Thank God we only needed to stay there for a few hours.. wake up and leave.

Forensic Team van was there working a scene. On a separate note, I heard a prostitute ask guy walking with her, "you got 20?" He said, "uh huh".;She said, "come on, I do you now". She opened door to room right next to mine. On another note, my room reeked of pot, probably venting from Kiki's room next door.
