I really didn’t like it

Our room was given away to someone with a similar name. The room felt old it needs an update.

Location was good and the room.

My room did not have an iron and an ironing board, and when I asked for one the staff on duty the morning of my check out told me that she could not find one. I was very upset and told them that I needed to speak to the manager, to which they replied that there was none. If I do not get a percentage of my bill refunded, I will dispute the whole balance with my bank . I had to go to my meeting with rumpled clothes.

pleasant greeting by staff member and very comfortable room.. microwave, fridge and good cable selection. coffee and breakfast items were out in lobby early am!

it was very dirty , there was someone directly in front of the doors smoking pot the trim phone did not work it also does not look like the pictures it is old and run down and not in the least upto date and a lot of sketchy ppl where hanging around the place

there was no breakfast

we were evacuated due to a flood i also think it was a homeless shelter

Staff is always nice and take care of me asap

nothing. moldy smell throughout the hall and in room. bedsheets smelling like cigarettes.
