Random people understand ing of act like they didn't want to let you go by just staring at you. When I came out my room and went to the right it was two dudes standing in the hallway that startled me and apparently they were hiding from the police it's a lot of activity that goes on outside of the doors just doesn't look too friendly at all

We stayed in our room for about 20 minutes before leaving. Roaches running around the floor, stains all over the walls, etc. Do not stay here.

The staff here is great. Me Debbie and ms bev are the managers and they really are exceptional. They have helped make the transition for me from losing my house to this as temporary housing so much less stressful they are reliable and friendly and compassionate. They have trained the rest of the staff and are above and beyond customer service stars..
