The location was good because it was situated close to my friend’s wedding venue. Cost was approximately $108 a night including taxes and fees. Room was relatively quiet though next to a busy road. The refrigerator freezer was convenient. Vinyl floors throughout. No carpeting.

Tired old decor with basic accommodations like a Motel 6. The tub didn’t drain well and water pooled several inches deep during a shower. Trim piece was missing from kitchen cabinet. The clothing rod for hangers was installed almost 7 feet high from the floor and out of reach to everyone except tall people. A large sliver of sharp metal on the entry door ripped my coat. If I had not been wearing a coat, the sliver would have caused a severe injury. Staff didn’t seem concerned and didn’t offer to pay for the damage to my coat. I asked them to remove the splinter and duct tape the area which they did.

Everything was clean and great location!

the location was right off the freeway and only .8 miles from our venue which was nice. very close to some very good food.

my first concern was the open facade, reminded me of a Motel. Check in and get the keys for both rooms and I go to the first for quality control. Small kitchen in white laminate that had chips and stains in it, the toilet seat was up and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Above the tub it looked like there was a major leak and water damage and the hole was not fixed properly. The fire alarm was dangling from a wire on the wall, phone didn’t work, no toiletries provided in that first room again leading me to believe it hadn’t been cleaned. Went to the second room and found that room to be a little nicer, updated laminate counter tops, toilet seat was up again but this time the room had toiletries and bed was made nice. phone was functioning. Went down to request a new room and the hotel staff was nice and helpful but I was given two more rooms before we found one that wasn’t either damaged or clean. Breakfast was two coffee carafe and oatmeal.

The location of the hotel was convenient.

The hotel ground smelled like dog or cat urine. I wish I would have spent just a little more and stayed at a nicer place.

Honestly, I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and by far this was the worst in reference to quality. The carpet had a stench of animal feces. I am aware they have long haulers as it is extended stay. There was human liquidy human feces in the elevator. The walking level grounds were filthy. the initial room carpet was dirty stench and the second was a little better since I was upgraded but when someone has bad allergies sensitive to animal dander or excrements, dust or dirt. I was extremely exhausted so the 2nd room had to do. I will make sure I research next time. In all this said the lady at the counter was very sweet, funny and professional she deserves a RAISE!!! I would like to see the carpets taken out and the property better looked after when someone has pets to ensure sanitization is imperative. Speaking from a traveling nurse that just completes a 17 hour shift and only wanted to catch good sleep in a clean room. Thank you
