The fitness center was rather small for multiple people working out

Incredible shower, which had power which is rare to find

The walls were to thin. So I could hear every word spoken from the room next door. Room service doesn't come to regulated hours.

The free water at the front was very nice. The check in / check out was easy and quick. The hotel was generally quiet. Room was very clean

The staff couldn't seem to figure out the breakfast voucher things and seemed to be rude at times about it. The hotel didn't have any bike parking. My friends and I were exploring Asheville by bike so it would have been nice but not a dealbreaker.

Nothing, but location

We spent only one night in this hotel. It was impossible to sleep because of continuous strong noise coming from elevator next to room. In the Morning, we were kicked out with police because of complain.

location was easy to get to

Was not worth the value we paid for. Restaurant was advertised to eat and it wasn’t open.

All we really wanted was a comfortable room to rest in after long days of exploring downtown Asheville and surrounding areas. The room was perfect for us, very convenient to walk anywhere downtown. The Hop On Hop Off bus tour and the Urban Walking Trail have stops located right across the street. We would definitely stay again.
