Dinner was a nice asset to the stay

Grab and go breakfast very limited for early risers having to leave for work

Staying at Drury is always a pleasure. The meals are exceptional and the rooms are always immaculate. The staff is very friendly....professional AND personable!

The breakfast and location were great. Food was excellent.

The I 75 traffic was a little loud in the room. No problem with the stay.

it was very clean, everyone was very nice, food was good.

unfortunately it was soccer weekend. so there were many young children not supervised by their parents running around the hallways. and the amount of people at once taking up the dining area. also, I was looking forward to enjoying the pool and hot tub which I could not due to the amount of kids in it.

Drinks and dinner were great. hotel was clean. Dharma was amazing!

Bryce and Tabitha were rude and not helpful. I booked 2 rooms through Booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel my reservation only showed one room. Tabitha and Bryce refused to help resolve the situation. Eventually I convinced Tabitha to contact your reservation department, while my husband called booking.com. The problem was rectified thanks to booking.com. My rooms were advanced payment rooms, Tabitha refused to upgrade one of my rooms stating that it was advanced payment and she couldn't but this was after Bryce told me there were no rooms available except rooms being used for storage. After that Tabitha said she found a room that was available and we could upgrade. Once booking.com remedied the reservation issue- Tabitha then wouldn't allow the upgrade. Her demeanor was terrible. The treatment of guest was even worse. I will never book Drury again.
