Location was great!! Breakfast was Good

Our conditioning unit in the room we stayed in,needs to be cleaned. Our room smelled musty. We had to open the window, for fresh air. Also the lampshades are very dusty and need to be cleaned.

Breakfast was generous. Omelette made to order exceptionally prepared.

Top bed sheet was short sheeted. Toilet flushing was a problem. All sources of water were problematic. No hot water in the shower. Only hot water in the bathroom sink. Occasional cold water in the kitchen sink, mostly hot.

the electric wouldn’t stay on but somehow every place we went to had electric no cable tv or local channels had to charge phone in our car that was buried in snow from snow plow trucks

Noisy with running kids. Parking. No where near enough especially handicap. No handicap space available. Ended up parking one lane from the far end. Did call attention to to front desk. Nothing they could do

Loved the Christmas decor and all the things to do.

There needs to be a delivery service to bring ordered food from the Bluegate Restaurant. Sometimes you're tired and just don't want to go out again. Or at the very least, deliver pizza orders to the room.

The hotel was warm and inviting. Very clean. Good amenities. Friendly staff.

Bed was hard...very uncomfortable No place to eat after a concert...and your vending machine are too expensive..The ice cream parlor would do better if it stayed open later and served pizza,like it advertised.

it was beautiful and spacious. The pool was surprisingly big. The breakfast was really good.

we had a room with 3 rooms. I wish the room with the sofa was larger. it wasn’t a good space for watching tv and visiting. There was a large conference going on so all the downstairs sitting areas were full.

We really love the patio with the fire pit and little pond with the small waterfall. We liked playing a little bit in the arcade. Truly enjoyed the wonderful breakfast. Inside the lobby was decorated beautifully.

Disappointed that the little sweet shop was closed till further notice. Room could've been a little cleaner. There were marks on the top of the dresser and side table. I actually was able to get them off the side table rather easily. Not understanding why they were left behind by housekeeping.
