This is nothing the hotel can control, but it be nice if the airport security at the closest location were to have TSA pre-check lanes.

A bit expensive

Location was great! We flew out very early so this was great! You can also leave your vehicle in the hotel covered parking while you’re on your trip!

Location, since we were stranded in the airport

We were room 724 I believe. Room 725 across the hall had some event going on. There was yelling, music, and singing going on until 2am. Myself and my 5 year old were unable to sleep because of all the noise.

Close to airport, had decent food options but not many vegetarian options at all.

Not directly connected to the airport, had to get either a shuttle or a ride share. Waited over an hour for the shuttle and still didn’t show up, so had to pay for a ride share and then stuck in traffic for an additional 45minutes!

Location and facilities are awesome

They charged me for an extra night on my credit card and can't figure out why?

The bed was old and not very comfortable in my opinion. Not the worst bed I’ve ever been in but definitely not great.

its in the airport so nothing around, and its quite old too, the light kept turning on and off by itself.

Bed, pillows and bedding extremely comfortable. Large room w/ reasonably sized bathroom. The wall mounted bath & hair products were WONDERFUL; very luxurious. Quiet, rarely heard any noise in hallway. Convenient location to airport with a 24/7 shuttle. Wi-Fi. Refrigerator in room. Conference accommodations were good. In addition to the restaurant, a kiosk at the entrance provides containers of fresh salads, cut fruit, cheese & turkey, plus fresh sandwiches available throughout the day & is fairly reasonably priced. Manager for shuttle went extra mile...shuttle was running behind schedule and he personally drove us to airport in a luxurious SUV. Would definitely stay again if passing thru Dallas - Ft Worth and needed overnight accommodations near the airport.

Because of covid, the hotel no longer cleans rooms each day but did empty trash cans each day. Room had only 2 paper coffee cups + 4 coffee k-pods for 2 people for 4 days. Had to request additional cups and coffee pods but staff quickly brought them to the room. No microwave in room but a microwave in the lobby food kiosk for guests to use. Limited on nearby eating establishments.

The staff was great. The room was nice, the beds were neat, comfy and tidy. The coffee options were nice.

I hated the bathroom lock, the bathroom light and little or no ventilation inside. For me, the corridors were a bit old-fashioned...It didn't feel good. I felt like I was going to bump into Frank Sinatra. I'd love it if the corridor could look a bit more polished/actual/minimalistic maybe. My room however was great.

We were just there overhnight and the shuttle was very nice and we had a good supper in the bar.

Great location, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, great areas to relax and enjoy a meal and drinks - shuttle service to and from the airport a huge plus!

The choice of foods for dinner could have included a few more options. No other cons - we enjoyed our stay and will return the next time we're in DFW
