We arrived early after traveling for a few hours, and asked if we could check in, but were told check in was a 3:00. It was off season but no attempt was made to see if a room would be available. Not a good way to start off our stay.

Great location. comfortable beds. liked the sink being separate from tub/shower and toilet.

The breakfast area was a bit cramped, need a better traffic pattern.

We booked this during the summer after looking at some very nice pictures of your rooms and facilities. We were booking this three day vacation to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!!! We were so disappointed when we were put into a shabby extended stay "suite". It was horrendous! Torn slip covers, a portable AC venting out a window stuffed with towels. A worn out kitchenette and bathroom. No AC in the bedroom and no TV, just an empty wall unit. The "water front view was a back alley off of a side street. We were bumped because of your film festival guests. No way to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary 🥺🥲 Certainly not worth a thousand dollars!!! We took the pictures to prove it!!!!

This place was fantastic! Quiet location, wonderful staff and a great value. I highly recommend!

The facility is old and tired. Breakfast was unappealing. There were needed repairs in public spaces.

Location and marshmallow fire in garden for guests. Huge bedrooms. Breakfast good too.

Outrageously expensive but it was Labour Day weekend although you wouldn’t have known it was in Camden! No bar in hotel and reception closed at 9 pm. Actually everywhere in Camden closes at 9 pm so you have been warned!
