there was nothing that I liked about the place because I was not allowed to stay there because they are not a pet friendly hotel like it says here on your web site

There was supposed to be breakfast included but nothing was open. In the room there was no kettle, no tea and coffee supplies, no glasses or cups. Nothing. We paid for an included breakfast and there was nothing!

Basic room. Pillows hard. No supplies in room. No breakfast, despite it being part of the package

No breakfast available and the Reception door was locked. The property needs some maintenance - in my room the toilet seat was almost falling off and the hot/cold water valve at the sink needs replacing.

The Reception person could hardly be bothered as he was in to a TV program I presume.

The air conditioning worked very well and the room was clean.

Unfortunately the booking noted that their was continental breakfast. We found no signs, no 'closed due to covid' no nothing. Would have chosen another place if they had been honest.

I can't think of anything I like there....

1. The hotel said breakfast was included, but it didn't. And the coffee served in the room tasted bad. 2. The air conditioner and small refrigerator are too loud. They are like drums around you, one left and one right, beating all night to keep you awake. 3. The room is non-smoking, but I could smell smoke in the room. 4. Too much dust in the room. The air conditioner was on, the dust was flying, and my nose was always runny and sneezing. I woke up with red, itchy eyelids and tears in my eyes, it was horrible.

The room and outside areas were very clean and pretty..

The water pressure and lack of hot water will keep us from staying at this location again.

It's always a great place to stay. Everytime I stay in Willits, I always stay here

Breakfast was minimal but that's what you get during COVID. Staff very nice.

Heater/AC was loud but I am a lite sleeper, my family did not complain or notice.

cold showers, need to turn up the water heater

Friendly and helpful attendant. Beds and fountain.
