The toilet wasn't stable, the sink drained slowly, I couldn't use other HDMI inputs on the tv

The location was great.

Being by the stairs where people smoke right outside the exit door. Also the staff refused to come check the room when she said they allegedly had complaints of smoking even after my boyfriend told them to come. The staff STILL felt the need to charge my card $100 because of what someone said and the housekeeper supposedly smelled smoke the next day.🤔🤨🙄😡 LIES!!!! ALL LIES!!!!

Nothing. I requested a handicap room due to having a grandson with special needs. We also requested to check in early due to coming from out of town. Neither of these requests were met and we was put on the second floor. I explain at checkin that my grandson is autistic and makes a lot of noise. We was put above the maintenance man’s room and told it would be okay but he came to our room several times complaining about the noise. We tried to keep the noise to a minimum. Also, the elevator was broken the whole time we was there so we had to use the stairs with my grandson and all the normal extra stuff to accommodate his needs and our luggage. Stay would have been much better if we had a handicap room as requested.

We wanted to stay in Salado but this hotel was the closest available place. Seventeen minutes away and a pretty drive. This hotel turned out to be a great place to stay and lots of places to eat . The hotel has just been renovated and everything is fresh and new . Large room and comfy bed with a large tv.
