The staff was very friendly, the hotel was quiet at night (I am a light sleeper), and breakfast was reasonable (better than the grab and go I saw in the description). The spa was a delight. Food and attractions were easily accessible. I definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
This is not a deal breaker, but breakfast could use a little more variety, especially if you are staying more than three days.

Nice modern hotel near Pike's Peak and Garden of the Gods...they are literally minutes away...maybe 5-10 minutes drive to the cog railway...good hot breakfast and enjoyed the Italian restaurant down the street...requested 2 rooms close to each other with a view if available...the rooms were next to each other and the view was of Pike's Peak...thank you...

The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful!
There was no decaf coffee at breakfast and there are way too many community items also. Germ city! Peanut butter in a jar was shared, butter in a shared dish, silverware not packaged or facing down, only one waffle maker with a line, and just not a good variety.

The river behind it, absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable, it was close to our destination.
Only one single main door to go in and out of. We had to be moved out of one of our rooms because the mattress pads on both bed in one of our room were very dirty, looked like dry blood on them very gross!

Customer Service was exceptional! The best I’ve ever experienced in all my years of hotel travel. Great location, very close to the Cliff Dwellings and a beautiful creek right behind it. Great experience!

It was a great surprise to enjoy an indoor pool and hot tub. The room was perfect for a couple. It was near the Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs.

Terry at the front desk was awesome. Hot tub was hot. Across the street from a great music venue.
Old furnishings stacked up in parking lot. Breakfast could use some upgrades. Hallways needed vacuuming.

Motel located near Manitou Springs attractions
"King Suite" is not a suite but a room with a hot tub in it, seriously overpriced.
Motel apparently has no rules for quiet at night. Had to ask the night watchmen to tell adjoining room to turn down a very loud TV at 2:00 a.m.

Lacey and Jamie are great! The hotel and rooms are always super clean. Room and bed comfy.... location is great! We have stayed here several times and it has always been wonderful...

everyone was friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was a little sparse as far as no jelly, PB, muffins. but had breads, a couple of cereals, eggs, sausages and waffles.
