Location was right behind a truck stop.

The first room we were given, the air conditioning wasn’t working, the tv wasn’t working, there were two flat small pillows on the bed for two adults. I spoke with the desk clerk and asked for a different room, he spoke with someone on the phone, hearing the conversation apparently the ac was supposed to be fixed the day before but wasn’t. He did give us an another room that was at the end of the hallway next an exit door which we could here the door open and slam as there were people going in and out of that door all night. Yes the room was less than 100$ and clean, but simply not worth the aggravation! Would not recommend.

Just off the highway

Great staff and location.

We needed a place to stay off the highway in Grand Island and this was one of the properties still with availability. We had a safe place to sleep that night and that is about it.

The room was very small and oddly setup with a large refrigerator in the middle of the room by the bathroom door? For two people with two suitcases, there was nowhere to store all of our stuff without having it in the way. The TV was comically small and located almost on the ceiling. The lobby and common areas were dirty and musty smelling and there were lots of noisy people in the hallways throughout the night. $110 for one night was too much for what we got, and we ended up being double charged for our stay in the end.

Toilet tank ran loudly all night. No staff on duty to fix it.

I know it is an older building but everything looked brand new
