The woman working reception was very nice and helpful.

The phone in our room didn't work sowhen I needed anything I had to go back to the desk for help. There was no coffe set up in the room and you had to go down to reception to pick up anything you needed foe the kitchenette and take it up to the room yourself. The bedside table was dirty and I had to get cleaner from the front desk to clean it off. You could hear everything through the walls and as our room was facing the parking lot and the entrance it was hard to sleep as there was noise all night long.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Even asking me Sunday am how my race went. They had taken down the morning breakfast as I got there and they made sure I was able to get a cup of coffee. Nice girls. Sunday am at 10. Didn't know their names but both deserve recognition.

The only problem was finding enough plugs for all of our items that needed charging for the race.

The area was very nice. was next to a shopping center.

I didn’t like how the people under me called the front desk to complain about a child jumping around at 2 in the after, because they were trying to sleep.

Smoking was evident throughout

The hotel is very old and things need to be replaced or updated. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

I was surprised at the pleasant conditions of the property.Staff was nice. Clean and neat.

Bed was small not too comfortable

The hotel and grounds seem clean and well maintained. Cleaning ladies very nice and attentive

I booked this hotel because it says “free breakfast” and “breakfast included in room rate” yet we came down to the front desk at 8:30 am and the front desk guy told us there was no breakfast because “all the breakfast items are on backorder” so there was only coffee. No water or juice or anything at all. Maybe don’t advertise “breakfast included” if you aren’t providing breakfast. Or reduce the rate a little. We paid 288. Luckily there was a dunkins around the corner

Everything ok

We loved the stay but in one of the night i was out side and me and my family heard some Wolf or coyotes and we started to running inside.but other than that it was all good.
