have used Comfort Inn several other places always very pleased

Standard included breakfast; it was good. The staff was friendly and worked to get me in a room as soon as I arrived for check in. Parking was convenient and allowed quick access to the Hotel and rooms. The room was clean. The air conditioning and fan was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The linens, towels, sink and bathroom were all fresh and clean.

The room had a perfume odor like what is used to cover up odor of a room that had been smoked in at some time in the past. It was a minimal inconvenience and I have no doubt that if I had requested, the staff would have worked to change my room.

The breakfast was an actual, "Hot", breakfast, not just Danish and fruit with coffee and Tang. The rooms were spotless, everything worked, and some toiletries were included. The hallways, entry and Lobby were clean and uncluttered. There was fruit and flavored water available in the lobby while you waited. The Staff greeted us immediately and were very professional and friendly.

The key cards could not unlock the outer doors at night, requiring entry through the lobby.

The hotel is well located near the interstate. Check in was easy with a very personable desk person. Wifi was good as was breakfast.

there wasn’t much activities to do around the hotel and you had to drive about 30 min to get to anything. hot tub was also not open
