Location and access to breakfast room earlier than 6am

Stayed 9 nights and didn’t get room service once. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper from the front desk. I vacuumed the room too. Asked 3 times for room service with no follow through. Bedding was average with no duvet so marginally warm. Breakfast options were average with only 2 high sugar cereal options available. No napkins in the kitchen area.

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good.

I liked my room and absolutely no complaints whatsoever

1) in the online note section, I asked for 1st floor handicap room. System assigned me to 3rd floor with no elevator. Clerk stated the system is messed up and there were no ground floor rooms available. When I got there, told them I couldn't do steps because I was jandicap, the afternoon clerk called someone and found room 113 on first floor was open. (Later in evening found toilet was plugged up and there was no openings on the first floor. It drained, but very slowly... no maint. on site.) 2) the next morning, after a short walk to retrieve my car from a safe parking spot 3 blocks away, I went back for breakfast before checking out. I took the food back to my room to eat it. I sat in an office chair in the room by the table. When I leaned a little, it tipped over tossing me onto the floor. I now have a badly sprained rt. ankle and a very sore tail bone from hitting the floor. When I asked for a paper accident report form to fill out, the clerk said they didn't have one, and called the owner so I talk to him on the phone. The owner became very aggressive and said he would call the cops 'for me' so it could be handled and that it was at rolling chair, indicating it was my fault, not theirs. I could see this way going no where, and checked out. I am now out over $60.00 in an ankle brace, ice pack, and Aspercream. And 8 hrs later can still barely walk. 3) when walking into the check in counter I observed several street people messing with a car in the parking lot, and another group of men playing loud vehicle music and partying. (I had made the mistake of paying ahead or I would not of stayed there.) I ended up parking my car 2 blocks away at a safe location as I did not feel it would remain safe on the motel property over night. I do not recommend this place...primary because of the way the owner treated me after the accident. Please do not pay ahead so you can see 'feel' what you are getting into. before buying.

We were an hour early for our check in of 4:00. One of two rooms rented was not ready. Staff switched us to a new room., so no big deal. Room was prepaid. Got notices on my phone that I was billed again upon arrival. Staff noticed the double billing and refunded right away. But, they did not tell me and I spend a half hour in the morning with the morning staff looking into it.
