It was terrible looking to the eyes. The front desk gentleman was not pleasant and the TV kept going out and he had an attitude when he had to fix it with there remote.

Definitely was no clean ... The housekeepers were rude and just walking your room

everything. the staff said they could not honor my reservation because the numbers from booking did not start with an 86, I then had to pay the facility directly.

unfortunately I didn't find anything I liked

I didn't like the front desk employee I book online at booking.com when I went to show my confirmation number the guy at the front desk kept telling me it was the wrong confirmation number. I ended up having to pay full price and I never got my 25 dollar room deposit back . the employee was very unfriendly.

The location was the best part

I didn't like that my reservation was canceled even after I spoke with someone at the property and let them know I was coming. Had to try be reactived in the computer and moved to a totally different room. There were dead bugs on the floor, burn holes in my covers, the flap in the toilet was broken, someone's left over used soap was in my shower when I arrived. My overhead light didnt work so luckily I had my bedside lamp. My mother found bed bugs in her room which caused us to request a refund and leave in the middle of the night.
