Easy check in, and we were allowed to check out late.

Room was old and outdated, sink and tub drains were both clogged, I couldn't even shower it was so nasty. Pool area seemed clean but smelt like sewer and the towels had dead spiders on them. Breakfast was sub par. No do not disturb sign, so I asked the front desk for one. She said she didnt have one, so I could track down housekeeping for one.. so I decided to just make my own with some paper I had with me. The phone had a message, I thought it was new, thus for me but it was from about 6 months ago from some guys mom saying that if he wanted to change rooms he would have to go to the front desk and ask them. So I was just thinking why he wanted to change rooms back then... was it for the clogged drains or something worse?? 🤔 I'm glad it was just one night we were there. I wouldnt have been able to handle another.

The jacuzzi and bedding

Jacuzzi was just a little bit too small and the indoor pool was ice cold

The items offered for breakfast didn't look appetizing - sausage and eggs looked undercooked. Not a good selection of cereals. There should always be a clock in the room - you shouldn't have to consult the tv or your phone to find out what time it is when it's dark. A makeup mirror in the bathroom would be helpful. I was disappointed there was no hot tub.

Great facility to stay at. Friendly staff. Rooms were nice size.

The location was close to where we had to work. Check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious. Breakfast was AMAZING.

waited 30 minutes for someone to check us in called 3 times no answer had to start yelling hello she said she was doing laundry and had an attitude

to noisy, people walking in hall in middle of night, people trying to get in our room.

Rooms seemed a little shabby compared to lobby and convention area

Check in was smooth and staff was professional. A large selection of food items at breakfast and there woman serving it was pleasant and worked harde to be sure that everyone had what they wanted. Everything was clean. Location was great (right next door to Culver’s for dinner!)

It was all fine!

The bathtub was very dirty and no trash in bathroom. As well as no toilet paper holder so it was very inconvenient to have to put it on the counter but also make sure to keep it dry from the sink.

The toilet was constantly had water running and the box spring was terribly loud. Also I didn’t like the small pillows on the bed.

Nice pool, A/c worked well

very outdated, not as clean as expected room smelled heavy of cigarette smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. Carpet was stained, chair was stained rooms were very outdated
