Our refrigerator in room 428 was off balance, one of the legs was shorter than the rest, we couldn't really put any liquids in there like we wanted to for fear of them spilling, and the Television wasn't completely centered, it's a little tilted to the left, almost unnoticeable, other than that, everything was 100!

Nice clean rooms and perfect location!
Pool stayed full of people who were not even staying at the property, so it was hard to enjoy it. Apparently, this is a regular occurrence.

The location was good and the staff was excellent.
The elevator only worked entering the hotel. The walls by the steps were dusty and dirty. The windows in the room weren’t cleaned. The tub had dirty caulk around it. This hotel needs an upgrade. I stayed here only because I thought it was remodeled from when it was wyndham

The breakfast ran out of turkey sausage not long after breakfast started. The Inn in Long Beach has an automatic fresh orange juice machine that needs to be incorporated at this location. The location and view is awesome and it's away from all the business of the Blvd.
Found hair in the shower and needed a liner in the trash can, but we just took care of it and kept moving.

The staff was friendly and was in a good location
Room was not clean, the floors were sticky and had footprints on them, carpet needed to be vacuumed. The hotel ran out of towels and washcloths the second night.

that is was close to the beach
that they allowed illegal smoking of weed, we could not take our kids down to the pool due to this. also upon check in there were no extra anything available but yet in your room it’s states if you forget something we got you. yea right. I don’t understand how a hotel can run out of blankets, towels, etc

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel/location and would DEFINITELY stay again. Great value for location and rooms.
Staff great, rooms clean and just as luxurious as the so called luxury rooms at the overpriced casinos and I've stayed at the Golden Nugget, Hard Rock, Margaritaville, Imperial Palace and Island View on numerous occasions in the past. The only thing more "luxurious" about those resorts is the name brand and price. The resort rooms have no more amenities or decor than the Holiday Inn Express.
