I got charged 50 dollars more then what I the ad had said said and receipt also

The remote control for the TV didn't work correctly. I could not change channels so I had to watch black and white westerns..I'm a night owl so that really sucked. I told the staff when I checked out

I liked how close it was to the City.

The room was large and comfortable

The service was poor. When I checked in, there was only one person in front of me. After checking him in, the employee spent time explaining some things to him and answering questions while I waited. They either needed a second person at the desk or a more efficient checkout where you don’t chat with the customer. When I went to the front desk in the morning, no one was there. I had to yell for someone to come out of the back. When I went to purchase a Lemonade which was shown as $1.50 in the machine, I was told it was $3.00. I pointed to the amount shown on the machine. The employee went back to recheck the price and I simply left

The male receptionist was fast, friendly, efficient, informative, and above all funny. We loved him!!!

Great breakfast with good selection of items. They have bacon, eggs, biscuit and all the items that are very filling and make you very satisfied. The staffs are very helpful, courteous, and the check in and check out was really quick which is very much appreciated after a 91/2 hr. travel. Having restaurants in the surrounding area is a big plus to our family who are very food- centered!

I always like bed on the firm side as the softness causes me back pain so maybe it's not bad for most people but not good for my back or neck. There was a musty smell of a "not thoroughly dried" clothing/ carpet ( I'm not sure) but it went away after a day or 2 when we kept the window open to air the room. Maybe a freshener/ spray will have covered the smell before we came in.

Staff was friendly, plenty of parking, great restaurants around the hotel and room was very clean.

The crowd at the pool was drinking with open whiskey bottles on the tables. Was not family friendly.

The breakfast was the worst ever offered in any place in the world. Unbelievable.

We really like the hotel very nice and after the hotel facilities the place was beautiful the room is not bad I liked it

In the first arrival at the hotel, the person in charge of the reception of the night shift ... he treated us fatally in the first, after we settled in on the days we were there they were not cleaning the room the pillows stunk horrible ... they are just those small sizes that actually make you feel uncomfortable and improperly installed you don't feel comfortable ... We had asked for the room in front of the pool and the mountain and they gave us another room that was the complete opposite of what we had asked for, the staff and that behaved very bad despot and the truth is disappointing that they behave like this
