Towels we're stained as well as bath mat tub had 😫 to nasty to mention. WiFi not working. Asked to move from Disabled parking when we have Disabled Plates because parking area limited. Not worth the price, wanted my pin because their card reader did not fit threw the window!!

Clean, hot water, good water pressure, no wifi problems, close to fast food and liquor store.

The parking is tight, but there's not much that could be done. A great investment would be to extend the wall or add cyprus trees between the property and the ugly gas station and tire mountain next door :). The bathroom products were the cheapest possible, but most people waste those anyway.
