close to Horrocks and stores. great breakfast

property was fine. incident night 2 where an officer was loudly knocking on a door next to me saying sheriff open up. then loud fighting and noises from 2:45 am until 4:30 am. didn’t get any sleep. called front desk to make sure it was safe but was disconnected. asked what happened upon checkout and was told it was fine. Disappointing the way it was handled and dismissed.

Staff was extremely amazing. Price was good for what we got. Bed was nice. Breakfast was great. Location was easy on easy off express way. Asked for a divided room and they provided no problem. Asked for a set of sheets and they were very accommodating and polite.

Could have been cleaner. Dirt piles in corners of room. Found a bone under our bed. Rugs need to be shampooed. Hot tub needed to be cleaned/filtered and needed more water. My son fell asleep on a chair and that side of his face has a rash on it still a day later. Just needs to be shampooed.

Breakfast was great. I especially liked the flavored waffles. Also, I was very grateful for a warm pool and hot jacuzzi!

The jets in the jacuzzi weren't very strong though.

Location was perfect for my visit purpose. Good location to ear out & with a top market near by.

Was not particularly impressed with some of the personnel during check-in. Was expecting a non-smoking hotel or at least non-smoking rooms and that was not the case... despite all the warning signs. Dull breakfast...

The bed was very lumpy like maybe it had been broken before I had to wait over 15 minutes before staff assisted in check in process Nor friendly at all

Sink in the bathroom was slow and it was dirty when we arrived.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. In this day of poor service and value, this was a welcome pleasant surprise! I would definitely stay here again.

Heating/cooling system outdated.

We booked the room to attend a Michigan State game. It was conveniently located but not too close to campus (we had kids with us). The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The kids enjoyed the pool

It is a little outdated but we were expecting that when we booked based on photos. There was a stain on the chair cushion. The king bed was nice but the couch bed was not as comfy but it's a couch bed so they typically aren't.
