Abbiamo già soggiornato in questa struttura nel 2022 e ci siamo ritornati a testimonianza del fatto che ci siamo trovati bene. Questa volta c'è stato un problema con la stanza inizialmente assegnataci che era perfettamente in ordine, probabilmente in un'ala nuova (nuova torre), ma veramente piccola per tre persone con i bagagli al seguito alla fine di un tour di 20 giorni negli Stati Uniti. Inoltre estremente rumorosa. Alla reception hanno prontamente aderito alla mia richiesta di cambiare camera dopo la prima notte e sono stati dsponibili e gentili dandoci una camera più grande nella toprre principale dove avevamo già soggiornato. Molta apprezzata la cordialità dello staff. La colazione è ottima e la struttura ben posizionata, non lontana dalla metropolitana e comunque alcune attrazioni di brooklyn sono raggiungibili anche a piedi (Dumbo per esempio). Downtown Manhattan è raggiungibile velocemente con la metropolitana e al ritorno si ritrova la quiete di Brooklyn rispetto alla confuzione di Times Square.

They room was always clean, we loved it.
The breakfast was super average if we’re being honest, plus serving on paper plates really drive the experience down. We had lunch once from the bar and that was yum, I’m sure you can make the food better.

Gostei da estadia. Funcionários simpáticos, quarto limpo. com diversas comodidades (cafeteira, geladeira, microondas). Há diversas estações de metrô para diversas partes de NY, há cerca de 4 quadras do hotel(onde há uma rua com bastante comércio(macy´s, adidas, nike, etc...). o hotel fica próximo(cerca de 1,2 km) da ponte do brooklin.

The check in process was great. We were ably supported by an amazing lady who made us feel welcome from the very start and helped us with our bags and room as we arrived early. All staff greeted us as we walked past or interacted with them. Access to hot beverages throughout the day is a great touch in addition a good range of options for breakfast. Great onsite bar too.
The hotel is in a superb location with good access to trains, restaurants and shops.
We had an amazing second stay. Would highly recommend.
The communal toilets on the lower floor could be cleaner.

The breakfast room was a bit small and did not have enough seating area for when the breakfast room or lobby area was a bit full. It was crowded during my stay.
I did not like that there was no microwave in my room. I had to visit the lobby area to use the microwave, which was a bit inconvenienced especially late at night.

Really enjoyed our stay as a family of 3. We were visiting from the UK. Decent location, good breakfast, great value for money, really nice staff, good facilities including the tv, shower and hairdryer. There is a credit card charge for about £156 ($200 for two nights) but this was refunded back the day we checked out.
I would have liked thicker duvets for the beds as the sheets were thin but this did not impact our sleep at all. The beds were comfortable.

That I got home in one peace after a horrible experience
Breakfast wasn’t included like said would. So another $136 for that(3 light meals) and food was bland. Staff wasn’t helpful and rude when communicating with them from calling looking for parking when checking in to checking out had to walk few blocks to get own car out of valet. Had to pay extra for valet & security hold on top of paying for one night which wasn’t aware of. No heads up
Of marathon going on. Will never visit again! First and last time. No sympathy for bad experience or way to help . Just attitude giving !

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, ainsi que la salle de bain. très belle vue du 14e étage, proche du pont de Brooklyn et ces promenades au bord de l'eau
le bruit de la circulation de l'extérieur, un peu éloigné (10 min à pied) de la première station de metro, le petit déjeuner un peu trop américain, et le manque de places assises, le manque d'amabilité du personnel de salle, la vaisselle jetable manque de sense écologique
