Terrible. only waffles and coffee

The guy that checked me in was ok. The two ladies never gave me the time of day

the price, the room seemed to be clean and it was pet friendly.

first of all, it was dark when walking into the lobby…no lights on whatsoever. had to wait over 5 minutes at the desk for someone to help me and I wouldn’t say the man behind the counter helped much. he was very slow to get me checked in, almost as if he didn’t know how to do it. the breakfast was non-existent. they should advertise breakfast as grab & go pastries and fruit. needless to say, we had to eat breakfast at another stop. the “grassy” area for the pup was tall weeds at the edge of the property.

I requested a non smoking ground floor room. when i arrived they tried to put us in a smoking room so we cancelled the reservation and moved to the Super 8 which was an excellent stay.

Lots of parking area. Room was very clean and comfortable. A nice place to stay. Very clean bathroom.

There were two remotes for the TV and neither one worked. Why can't your company fix this problem? It seems to happen at many motels. Why two remotes? Get someone with some sense to fix the problem! There should only be ONE remote!

I liked the small refrigerator and microwave.

There were not enough towels. 1 washcloth 2 towels and 1 bar of soap. No soap for sink. We used the back door, and they need to put a red line where the sidewalk steps up 4 inches. Just something to get your attention to look.

Convenient location right off the highway. Close to restaurants and fuel stations. Good for a one night stay passing through. Bed was comfortable and there was access to a good-sized fridge.

Hotel had a musty/stale cigarette smell. Room was on the older side...bathroom ceiling had a hole in the panel above.

I showed my reservation to the front desk person and she was rude when I stated I would pay cash up front. No where in the booking that it stated to give an additional deposit of $40 due to me paying cash. She sees that the reservation is for one and then insults me and says no one can come to see me as if I were a lady of the night. Then I got mad. I looked and the pool was closed and stayed closed for the two nights I was there. She tells me the elevator is around the corner and guess what no elevator only stairs. I have bad legs and the first floor was full. Up the stairs to the room carring my large travel bag to the door and the door is jammed. The key worked just not the door. I had to use my shoulders to push it open. Im 60 years old not good. Get into the room after 5min of hitting my shoulder and checked out the room the iron does not work, the ironing board was not in good shape, no remote in the room and I had to walk down stairs to let them know because no phone in the room. I don't know what was in the dresser draw so I did not use it. So NO I did not like this place it was horrible.
