Funktioniert alles in allem gut. Nähe zum Supermarkt, zum Black Rock ist gut. Unproblematisches Verlängern des Aufenthalts bis spät nachmittags war gegen Gebühr möglich.

Rezeption verschieden, teils freundlich, teils nicht so zuvorkommend. Kreditkarten Abbuchungen bis zu Check out nicht so richtig nachvollziehbar. Zubuchungen, Abbuchungen. Schon recht hoher Preis.

Nice lobby area. The woman who greeted us for check-in was wonderful.

The fridge in our room did not work. Even if it did, the fridge was ridiculously small. The air conditioning unit made loud clunking and oscillating noises. There was no trash can in our room. A light was burned out. The shower was very dirty. The room layout is rather strange in that the bed is tucked into a corner, rather than being perpendicular to the wall. Because the fridge didn't work, and because the air conditioning unit was so loud that it was keeping me awake, I went down to the front desk to ask for a different room, but was told that the hotel was full and therefore, I could not move into another room. Also, the concept of having a Starbucks/restaurant-hybrid in the lobby was just strange, because breakfast cost us almost $30 even though we only received two small breakfast sandwiches and two drinks (although the food was good).

The pool was very cold, and hot tub was out of order! because of that; my kid couldn’t enjoy time in the water. this was the reason I chose the accommodation!

The location was great. It was near many restaurants and attractions. But the best part was the guest service. The staff was so amazing! They were extremely kind and helpful in providing recommendations of nearby places to visit. Qwana, who works at the front desk, was beyond exceptional! Her energy was so welcoming and she was also happy to assist us. She truly made our experience even better! Please give her the raise she deserves. Her work ethic deserves compensation because her positive attitude is very hard to find in people, especially within customer service work settings. Give her that bag!!! I will definitely be back again to stay at the Marriott because she gave us such wonderful interactions.

The cleanliness in the rooms could’ve been a bit better. Some of the sheets smelled a bit old as if they weren’t dried properly. The appliances in the room, specifically the coffee maker, was filthy. The pictures on the website of the amenities could’ve been updated as well. I think the photos were a misrepresentation of the size of amenities. Smaller pool and gym than expected. Back patio area was also unavailable for use.
