the staff was nice and helpful.

there was no towels at the pool, there were dents and holes all over the walls in the room. the tv remotes barely worked. the handle on the shower kept falling off. the breakfast was not hot.

I like that they are willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Which they should with the price they ask for each stay

Not enough toiletries, they should offer the guest hotel complimentary items inside their rooms.

Everything was clean and comfy and the staff was very sweet and efficient with everything.

My fiancé and I checked into our room stayed for about 2 hours. We then decided to go to dinner and when we returned back to our room there was a stench of weed coming from our bathroom vent. We called front desk and was informed that someone was coming to the room to check it out. Approximately 5mins later security came to knock on our door. She came in to investigate where it could be coming from. She also said that she smelled the weed as she came off the elevator as well.

The price for a studio room is overpriced. For two nights it cost me $470

your staff was very rude to my child number one I saw hair in the bathroom shower on the wall of the shower I had not even taken a shower then your rude staff being rude to my child I had to go I should have gotten a refund that’s not my first time ever staying there either I booked that because of work stay as well and I was treated horrible
